Missions and Outreach Opportunities at Lindenwood

Majestic Gardens Nursing Home

Lindenwood has adopted Majestic Gardens Nursing Home for the holidays and we need your help! We need donations of new throw blankets, slippers or slip-resistant socks, and teddy bears/stuffed animals for the residents of Majestic Gardens. All items can be dropped off in the Outreach Corner of the Foyer. We are also asking for volunteers to join us on Sunday, November 19, 2017 @ 1:00pm at the nursing home (131 N Tucker Street) as we serve ice cream to the residents and distribute these holiday gifts. Thank you for helping Lindenwood Love Out Loud.

Christmas Sleeping Bags & Blessing Bags!

Lindenwood is once again teaming up with the Burrito Ministry for Christmas! We will also be accepting monetary donations to help with the purchase of food gift cards and bus passes.  All items can be dropped off in the Outreach Corner of the Foyer and any checks should be made out to Lindenwood Christian Church with "Blessing Bag" notated on the memo line. Please mark your calendars to help us assemble these bags on Sunday, December 17, 2017 @ 5:00pm at Lindenwood and to join us in handing out these Blessings during the Burrito Ministry on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 @ 5:00pm (212 North Second Street).
